[3D Printing Effect] Personalised You Hold Our Hands Also Our Hearts Mug For Grandma

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE THIEVING SCUMBAGS. The mugs looks vile, it looks dirty, poorly designed and cheap. Despite me sending PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF that the mug looks bad, they still refused an exchange and refund. They have bots running their email accounts and they’ve charged me £25 for a piece of shit. Please please do not give this disgusting company any of your money. If you want handmade goods then go to someone who actually knows what they’re doing or perhaps a small business instead of this Temu rip off shite. I have proof that they buy the mugs for 5 euros as well. It’s cheap shit and I’ve wasted my money. Utter utter SCUMBAGS. They ruined a beautiful birthday present for someone. Here’s a big ol middle finger to “custom chic” 🖕

I ordered 3 x Personalised ‘Holding Grandma's Hand’ Mugs which I saw in an advert online, to give for special mother’s day and father’s day gifts, but when my order arrived I was too embarrassed to give them and therefore had to find last minute gifts to replace them with. The images and videos on the company’s website and in their social media ads are not authentic - clearly the images have been highly edited/ enhanced as what you see is definitely not what you get – the company charge £17.95 (down from £31.95 apparently!!) for a customised '3D effect print' mug which the company claim to be ‘very fine in quality and very attractive in design’. The images and video online leads you to believe that the product is embossed (someone runs their finger over the mug which appears contoured) but in reality it's a normal flat print that is really poor quality/ low resolution as the text and images are not very sharp and to create the ‘3D effect’, they have outlined the images in a dirty grey/ smudged shadow effect print which looks really awful. The print quality is terrible and the images are defective, it looks like a poor resolution transfer that has been slapped on with no care or attention, the product looks very different from what was advertised. They have since added a caption on the product page to tell customers that the product is flat and not embossed or engraved and that colours and shading may vary etc (this was not there at the time I ordered on March 15th). Equally, the mug itself is very basic, off-white with big chunky handles, something that resembles a bargain store product, whereas the images online show a fine bright shiny white mug with thin/ slender, delicate handles. They just look cheap and tacky. Also, the company claims to operate out of the UK/ London however I traced the payment to a company in Asia & the items ship from a printing company in France which has very poor reviews online – the delivery note sent with the order confirms the mugs are 5 euros each (approx. £4) which is the true cost of the mugs, which are very disappointing and underwhelming products.
I contacted the company via their online system and via email as soon as I received my underwhelming order to complain, and have had very unsatisfactory responses from them, clearly from an automated/ AI, they have never actually acknowledged my complaint or that there is an issue with the quality of my order and continue to say they appreciate my ‘kind understanding!’ They are unable to understand that there is an issue with the quality of their products. I have provided photos and have asked for a refund as their refund policy on their website says they will refund if you are not happy with your order, they have refused a refund and have advised I should expect a ‘20% difference’ in my order compared to the images presented on line which is ridiculous for the price they charge. Surely it should be 100% good quality printing for the price they charge as they claim on their website that products are ‘high quality and attractive design’ and ‘each item is crafted with care ensuring it is special’. I then asked them to provide their UK business address so I could return the order so they could actually check and verify the quality for themselves seeing as they remain adamant that they are of the highest quality, and send a replacement if possible. Their last response has offered me 30% discount on a future order which is also ridiculous and very patronising as I will never order anything from them again. I have tried emailing them several times to resolve this issue and they have now stopped replying to me.
In hindsight I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before ordering as this seems like a common issue customers have faced with this product, and strangely enough you are not able to leave any 1 star/ poor reviews on the company’s own website, they do not publish them (as I & others have tried several times). Also any negative (justified!) comments on their misleading social media adverts from myself and many others to raise concerns are swiftly deleted by them without a response. I would leave zero stars if this was possible.
Avoid at all costs.
