Our return and replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, ensuring you receive only the best products and service. Every order goes through a strict quality control process before shipping.

Our team carefully checks each item to make sure it meets our standards. We strongly recommend reviewing the product details on our website before placing your order.

When Can You Request a Refund or Replacement? 

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Item Arrives Damaged or Defective: Your product was received broken, faulty, or not functioning as described.
  • Missing Item in Shipment: If an item from your order wasn’t included in your package.
  • Incorrect Personalization: The custom details (name, text, image, color, or size) don’t match your selection at checkout.
  • Design Doesn’t Match Preview: If the final product does not align with the preview you saw when placing your order.

When Are Refunds or Replacements Not Available? 

While we strive for complete satisfaction, there are a few instances where we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

  • Customer Input Errors: If incorrect size, color, or customization details were selected at checkout without reviewing the final preview.
  • Orders Outside the 30-Day Window: Requests made beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot guarantee reshipment if an order is returned due to missing or incorrect details.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement? 

We’ve made this process as simple as possible:

Refund Timeline

  • PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days.
  • Credit card refunds: Up to 10 business days (depending on your bank).

Replacement Process

  • Your replacement will match your original order, unless a correction is required.
  • We'll ship your replacement to the original address, unless you request an update.
  • Exchanges for different products or higher-value items are not available.
  • You do not need to return the original item.

Modifications & Cancellations

Because your gift is made to order, you have 2 hours after placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. After 2 hours, your order goes into production and can't be changed.

Please note: Any modifications may result in a longer processing time, and we cannot guarantee the original estimated delivery date.
