• Wipe custom-shaped mats carefully: Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth on the crystal-velvet surface. Keep the mat away from prolonged exposure to water, strong heat and direct sunlight, and store it in a dry place when not in use. 

• Choose a sheltered position: We recommend placing your personalised cat mat indoors or under cover rather than where it will remain exposed to rain or standing water. Let the mat dry fully before returning it to the entrance if it becomes damp.
