How will I receive my refund?

If your product is defective or not as described, kindly send us images that clearly demonstrate the damage via an email at After reviewing your request, Custom Chic agents will offer you the most reasonable solution by offering you a replacement or refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If the 30-day period has passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
