I ordered a little late, but it was the delivery times that steered me to choose to purchase from here. It was late massively late. Other items ordered later arrived, hence I was very frustrated and annoyed as it was the expected delivery times shown that made my mind up from where to purchase. If it was busy (it was Christmas), then updated communication on the page would be helpful for future reference. That said, the product itself did the job so overall I am very pleased with the purchase.
I ordered 2 globs for my 2 daughters with pics of them and there now passed dad each had a message from him unique to them to make it extra special and it definitely was the girls love them and I'm sure that there dad my husband would be very pleased too definitely a special globe for each of my daughter's from there dad
I was very impressed with my purchase, however I was disappointed with how long I had to wait to recieve it, unfortunately the recipient did not receive it for Christmas as intended and promised. That aside, the product itself was very good quality and a beautiful ornament that gives a personalised touch of glamour.
