The first glass arrived damaged but this was replaced immediately without hesitation. The glass is lovely and the recipient was very pleased with it.

When I ordered it said delivery within 2-3 days. Emailed after 3 days when i noticed the status of the order hadn't changed from received. Requested a refund and was told it was a busy time, it was being prepared and would be arrive that week. The item did not arrive till a few weeks later. This experience has put me off shopping for special items online. Won't use this company again
